iMesh™ EMI shields: Nearly invisible, low reflectance, and high transmittance micro mesh

RSP has been awarded various patents related to ploarized touch panel, EMI, heater, and LCD enhancement/integration technologies. Many of the patented display head assembly configurations are most suitable in military applications, which often require a display that is sunlight readable and equipped with an EMI shielding filter.

Unlike some etched micro-mesh EMI shields, which cause severe optical interference, RSP has the most effective EMI mesh shielding polarized touch panel with an unbelievable clarity for your display integration, see the following picture

It was obvious that the integration of the etched micro mesh EMI with polarized touch screen was not done correctly, as shown in the picture at the center. RSP's unique micro mesh EMI shield integration technology is not only able to meet military standards, but also offers superior optical performances over etched mesh, higher than 50dB at frequencies 1 - 1,000MHz, and overcomes the disadvantages of a woven mesh and an etched mesh.

RSP's iMesh™ is a naked non-woven micro-mesh, blackened nickel or blackened copper with almost no reflection and contains no extra substrate. The wiring of iMesh precisely intersects at a right angle that is not achievable by other processes, such as etched micro mesh.
