RayShine Photonics Corp.: The Outdoor Display Innovators

Founded by Dr. Raymond Wang in 2004, RayShine Photonics Corp.(RSP), is a company specializing in optical technology.  Dr. Wang has a Ph.D. degree in optical science and has accumulated over 25 years of experiences in various optical industries.  RSP serves the photonic industry and has been providing world leading optical components to the industry for years. Recognizing the expanding need for LCD suitable for outdoor applications and the significance of optical properties of a LCD in determining its outdoor readability, Dr. Raymond Wang has devoted his optical R&D expertise and effort in optical properties of LCD since 1997, and has aimed to provide a LCD suitable for indoor and outdoor usage. In 2001, as a result of the company's dedication to the LCD field, RSP successfully introduced to the LCD industry a passive LCD enhancement patent innovation technology, which optimizes transmissive and reflective illuminations of a LCD.  The resulting products, named series, are readable under all lighting conditions to include direct sunlight.

Since its first introduction, is now widely applied in various portable devices.  To fulfill the increased demand of, a Taiwan based manufacturing facility, RayShine Photonics Corp., was established and headed by Dr. Raymond Wang in 2004.

RSP has devoted years of R&D efforts in developing convenient, affordable, and efficient solutions for outdoor LCD applications.  is a direct result of RSP’s R&D efforts. RSP takes the pride of being the first company to introduce the display market this innovative passive enhancement concept, which leads to the production of or its similarities in the industry. 

RSP is capable of providing the outstanding with great logistical convenience and competitive price for OEM customers. We have developed a patented resistive touch screen integration technology, which allows integration of a resistive touch panel with a TRIOLCD and produces a truly direct sunlight readable resistive touch panel integrated LCD,, which is also available to our supportive customers.  We have again demonstrated to the supportive customers our dedication and effort by introducing the new series of value-add displays.  Products with advanced features and benefits are consistently under development, which can be approved by following technologies of TRIG (rugged surface), (high brightness), and double-sided display, etc.  In addition to the technical strength, we are well supported by the expanded manufacturing capacity and bountiful display resources in Taiwan.
