G-Touch: Rugged Resistive sunlight readable Touch Panel

Rayshine provide glass-to-glass products that would be much more durable and can be used in more demanding surroundings than film-to-glass touch panel. We has developed dry bond process, which allows us to laminate a 0.2 or 0.3 mm thin glass on the top of the film of a regular FG touch panel to make a glass-film-glass touch panel (GFG), which would have the surface durability much enhanced. The surface glass is usually treated with multi-layer anti-reflection coating (in-house) to enhance the optical performances of the LCD in high ambient lighting condition.

Option to chemically strengthen the 0.3 mm glass is available, which will make the surface glass of GFG touch panel more impact resistant. The resulting touch panel is resistant to dust, flame, water, scratch, and chemicals and suitable for applications in highly demanding environments. Our gTouch integrated display head assembly is proven to survive 2 oz steel ball drop test at 100 cm height. We also offer backing glass sheet that is one of the strongest resistive touch panels you will find on the current market.
